Select the practice you desire and let Rod lead you to discover the potential of these timeless techniques. Sanctuary makes it possible for you to positively impact: your physical and mental health, your sleep (via the Deep Sleep section), the way you think and feel and how you see and interact with the world.

## Sanctuary with Rod Stryker Reviews in United States

### ***** "The most valuable app I have"
I have practiced these guided meditations every day for the past seven years or so, ever since Rod introduced it. It really has changed me in the most positive possible way. I’ve become a much nicer person and i understand myself more profoundly. So I am grateful to Rod for producing it, and continuing to add amazing meditations.
-- really robit, 2025-08-12

### ***** "Subscriber for many years"
I use this several times per week. The library has sections incline peace, spirit, heal, and sleep. It’s easy to use. The different durations and focuses listed are helpful. The content is excellent. The yoga nidras are so restorative. Rod is a master teacher and guide. It’s a great app.
-- Narniqua, 2025-05-30

### ***** "Inspired Practice"
These meditations help me practice when I otherwise wouldn’t. Rod Stryker’s wonderfully calm and resonant voice guides me to that essential place of peace. So helpful to have short ones and long ones. For all different moods. Best medit app I’ve used!
-- Italian in Anothe Life, 2025-01-26

### ***** "Great teachings"
Rod Stryker is the most skilled and accessible teacher I’ve found. The meditations and other offerings in this app stand apart and above any other resource I’m aware of.
-- Dustie Lee, 2025-01-04

### ***** "Super helpful"
Rod’s app has been super helpful in the difficult times and is now tool used constantly.
-- MichaelGo2, 2024-12-26

### ***** "Wonderful meditations and yoga nidra practices"
I have tried other yoga meditation and yoga nidra apps and this one is the best. The meditation and yoga nidra practices range from ones for beginners to more advanced practices. It also has one of different duration as I may have less time some days than others. The yoga nidra are deeply restful and organized in sections for peace, healing, empower and spirit as well as a specific section of practices for sleep. I highly recommend this app
-- Sangha E, 2024-11-24

### ***** "A must have"
This app can and will transform your day to day life in so many ways. It is one of the most comprehensive meditation apps that you can find but beyond that it is a guide, offers true teachings not just verbiage and can help you to find balance in your life that is challenging to find elsewhere.
-- TSC315, 2024-09-26

### ***** "Meditation, Wisdom, & Asana in Your Pocket"
Rod Stryker has created an app that puts all of the important aspects of yoga at your fingertips. For the yogi that is serious about enlightenment and quieting the mind, look no further than this app and your third eye.
-- @realginanuzzo, 2024-09-03

### ***** "Rod Stryker Sanctuary"
I love Sanctuary! This is an app that provides incredible ‘content’ - guided meditations, yoga nidra meditation instruction, and courses - and in which the teacher (Rod Stryker) actively participates with talks and new material. He is thoughtful in what is on here, offers excellent guidance, and his support staff respond quickly. in other words, this is not simply well made content, it’s a little world - a sanctuary - that helps you open to a bigger one.
