It really doesn’t work. I’m not sure why they even have an app as it redirects you to their website when trying to access most areas. They need to do some major upgrades to both. Not user friendly. There is no list of completed jobs that are pending approval so it’s hard to keep track. The menu options aren’t always all visible and therefore have to click numerous options to see if a certain one loads. Overall it needs to be cleaned up. As far as the company itself, I’m fairly new and haven’t received any payment yet. I had to contact support on my very first job for clarification and found the representative who responded to be condescending. Not a great start for a newbie.
