If your questioning if you should use Sandboxx, just do it! It’s great!!!

Spent $2 to unlock the 4-photo bundle because I need to show my service member some text-heavy picture, just for Sandboxx to print all photos on ONE page, ONE piece of paper, squishing all these text filled photos into unreadable, ant-size collage. Didnt find out until my service member showed me what he received. Scam.

I highly recommend Sandboxx if you’re looking for the full package. Sandboxx offers tons of helpful information . You can send letters, gift cards, motivational and inspirational messages and more. Everything has support messages to help you along. They make it easy to connect with your loved one’s.

The app is great- love the picture add on. It’s a little pricey, and I’m not sure my Recruit got them any quicker than the traditional mail. $65 for 12 letters is way too much.

I have been using Sandboxx for about two months now and I have had a good experience with the app. My letters have been processed quickly and delivered on time. The app is very helpful. It allow you to get insight on what your trainee is doing each week of their basic training. It also display their countdown to graduation. The app offers helpful tips on what to write in your letter to keep up your love one motivation. If you have questions about your letter, or your love one address , they can look them up. When you can email Kris from Sandboxx/ other they’ll respond back quickly. Thanks Sandboxx.

The information they provide for this app is not accurate. Just know going in if you wrote real letters and send them snail mail it may be faster than this app. I wrote 3 letters weeks apart and they all got there at the same time to my recruit. If you don’t care about what you pay this is the app for you, but if you care more about what your child sees and gets from you then this app isn’t it. I sent mail on the 3nd of July and it got there the 10th. Yes holidays and weekends are a factor but the USPS prides itself on delivery and I wrote a real mail and it got there first which means there is no reason to us this app if they cannot do better! Sorry United States Gov do better or lose the app because currently in my experience you are failing big time!

I wish it were cheaper but I do like that we can send a letter to our recruit! It’s just a bit expensive for a senior to write to their grandchild

Sandbox compared to the communications available to soldiers deployed prior to 2005, is a revolution in keeping real positive contact. There is just no excuse in keeping contact with your troop and removes the hassle for soldiers carrying envelopes and paper. Soldiers receiving a tangible letter, while old school, still has an uplifting feeling even before it’s opened. This transformative energy is huge and contributes to combat readiness similar to confidence or achievement. Well done.

Keeps asking to ad contact, I did , can’t get this system to work!

In June I sent a letter to my grandson on the 22nd. On June 29 I return home to find a letter from my grandson , excited to open it and see how he was doing only to find the letter I sent him returned unable to deliver! I look at the envelope Sandboxx had addressed to send him my letter and they had the flight typed incorrectly- he never got the letter🥲 Needless to say I was very sad and disappointed to know he didn’t get my letter!!!!!!!!!! Not sure I would recommend Sandboxx as a positive for your loved one away from home preparing to serve our country🇺🇸 Debbie Goldberg
