I should still be able to access these files since I paid money for this now expensive paper weight. When I tried to use it last week it said the device was offline. I can’t connect in any way, shape, or form. Not with iOS, not with Android, not even on my laptop. All say the device is offline. And before you ask, there’s nothing wrong with my internet service. I also tried connecting with bluetooth. Still doesn’t work. The reset button doesn’t work either, so I can’t try that option. I understand the desktop app no longer works, but nothing else does either! Updates are good but noticed once I upgraded from my iPhone Xs to 14 pro then 15 pro the top two corners of the iPhone with functions, do not work well. Maybe the press function area was coded too small for my fingers? My fingers are average size male. But no matter if it’s hamburger menu, X icon, or whatever function they put it only works 20% of the time. Had to press multiple times to finally hit the small invisible target area to work. Most of the time I’m just closing the app and open it up and start all over again.
