## Sandy Spring Bank Reviews in United States

### ***-- "None"
App is simple but direct deposit means what it says shouldn’t be waiting 2-3 days to see it on my account that should be a simple fix
-- Eaptheman, 2025-08-09

### ***-- "Sign in issues"
App won’t let me sign in anymore. Have to go on the website and sign in to access my account.
-- Cthom96, 2025-07-14

### *---- "Buggy"
App won’t let me log in and confuse to error out. They removed any option to try to log in with a username and password. The bank’s website is also have issues.
-- AppStoreShopper76583017, 2025-05-31

### *---- "App crashing"
App reporting security failure issues and crashes
-- Barkbiterspuppywalker, 2025-01-17

### **--- "New version crashes"
As a long time user, I haven't had any issues with the app up to now, but this lastest version crashes within a minute every time I use it. Which, unfortunately, makes it completely unusable. Hopefully a fix is on the way.
-- HSG.DC, 2024-04-16

### ***** "Love the new app and this bank!"
Great bank and new app design is phenomenal.
-- Ryan-Kell, 2024-01-04

### ***** "New Update!"
Thankful that the new update is working well. A very user friendly experience! It is well executed and I hope it continues to build into an even better app experience.
-- KatrianaV, 2023-11-06

### ***** "Great new Update!"
The new update has been a seamless transition and all my information is clear and thought out! Great Job !!
-- AV2334, 2023-11-04

### *---- "Horrible new UX version"
I absolutely detest this new UX of the app. It gives me less information. I loved features from old app, like the spendable balances. I also don't like that I have a huge total at top of app with all my account total. Who needs that? Waste of information. I’m likely going to look for a different bank now, because I do all online banking and I hate this new app version so much now. Absolutely horrible!!
-- Dwershi0525, 2023-10-31

### ***-- "please let me use zelle app"
respectfully, the interface for zelle in the app is nasty and laggy and annoying. please let me use the zelle app to send money instead of forcing me to use the in app interface. thanks
