I ordered iphone 15 plus and it took almost 15 days for delivery. Hence i cancelled it due to the delay and its been 25 days and i have still not received my refund. My credit company is gonna penalise me for cancellation of emi due to the fault of sangeetha for late cancellation and refund. Kindly avoid this app and donโ€™t ever purchase here. Who ever has similar query, File a consumer complaint and they will have to issue ur refund with compensation. -- M Jayanth, 2024-12-21 ### *---- "Very worst plotform" Please donโ€™t purchase the anything from sangeet because of very worst service product quality also not good -- Channu B, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "Poor Support" On September 26, 2024, I purchased a mobile device through the Sangeetha Mobile app. However, due to the extended delay in its shipment, I have decided to cancel the product. Regrettably, without taking appropriate action to cancel the order, the company shipped the product. Consequently, I rejected the product on October 12 at the time of delivery, which was suggested by the cancellation support team. To obtain a refund, the product must be returned to the dealer, which has taken an additional 26 days. After receiving my refund, I am now required to pay a cancellation charge of 5400 to my credit card for canceling the EMI. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company via phone and email, no satisfactory action has been taken. Therefore, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution before making any purchases on this app. -- Not good Customer support, 2024-11-23 ### *---- "Worst" We canโ€™t even add new address, support team is the worse compared to other online platforms. Adding card during delivery is also not up to the mark Overall worst online shopping app -- Sallu23, 2024-11-21 ### *---- "iPhone 16 plus received with scratches" Dear all customers donโ€™t buy products from Sangeetha mobiles online I have placed order on last Sunday for Two iPhone 16 plus models and received with scratches which is not visible while looking normally but with a close look scratches available in both the phones. I raised a ticket and they have not given resolution I have asked them for replacement the next day that I received product and they asked unboxing video I provided that but they are telling that in the video scratches not available. I told them that scratches are very minor and not visible with Normal look , then how it will be visible during unboxing video. Unboxing video is for major damages. But they are telling that scratches comes after product unboxed. Totally a waste of money buying from Sangeetha mobiles. I am posting this for everyone awareness. Donโ€™t waste the money with them. Order from Amazon they only give genuine products and replacement for genuine cases. -- Worst product and service, 2024-09-24 ### *---- "Donโ€™t buy from app at all" If you buy something from app and product have a issue, they will not take care the service or refund/replace part. They will redirected to brand shop. Ao better to buy from proper e-commerce site.
