Chat funktioniert nicht richtig
Der Chat unterstützt die automatische Wortvervollständigung von iOS nicht. Es wird zwar das ganze Wort im Textfeld angezeigt, wenn man die Nachricht sendet, werden nur die eingetippten Buchstaben übemrittelt.

Ich finde die App super 👍 Es vereinfacht einem vieles! Genial, möchte ich nicht mehr missen.
The App doesn’t work.
The "Chat with employees" and "Write a message" functions in the Sanitas Portal App are not working for me. I have called the Sanitas Hotline twice. They stated that everything appears normal in their system. However, they are unsure why I am experiencing issues. Up until now, I still cannot send messages to Sanitas. Their staff mentioned that they cannot help either. I can only send an email to Sanitas and then wait 3-7 business days for a reply.
