The app doesn’t sync correctly with Apple Health, often showing days with zero steps. Tried to ask support for the problem but the email address used in the past is not working anymore and it’s not clear how to contact them about the topic. I reported the problem several times in the last years but after new versions nothing changes. In the past I told them I start the app every morning and the smart solution they suggested was to start it at least once every 14 days. Very bad support.
