### **--- "Latest update caused problem"
The latest update makes the preview not work properly. It now only displays one large camera and the others smaller to the side. There is no way to set the default to anything else and you have to manually change it every time you open the app settings opens but never actually load the page properly. This is the same on three devices I have tried.

It says network error when I try to view my cameras on my mobile network and only work if connected to a wife so if I am out and want to check the cameras, I need to look for a wifi…

Why can’t it default to HD?
In fact what is the point of it having a standard definition setting?
Every time I open the app, the first thing I do is set all views to HD.

You have got to laugh 😂 I’m glad I don’t buy their cloud services it seems always in maintenance what a joke 👎. Not a very good company. 

Oh come on please support this app. Not been updated for a year now still have issues. Will never buy of the company again. It seems that this system alarm playback only works with 24 hr clock but will not work with am/pm clock. Took ages to find this out with no reply or help from the dev. Which would have helped. New update puts the recording time top centre of the screen when saving a video please remove it or give the user to in the settings. When playing back the saved video it blocks some of the screen you need to view which could be important. Not sure why you have done that. Plus the timer stays at 00.00.00 not working. Still broke please fix dev. I have tried and tried to post my reviews so many times. Only for them to be deleted by the dev. My review is only given to help dev to improve the app but seems the dev doesn’t like any negative views. The app still not working very well. Crashing on alarm checking via the information button. And playback has never worked. Let’s see if this gets posted.

App ok for viewing but no option to change settings as continuously scrolls on a blank screen !!

- froze whenever I tried to record
- crashes whenever the phone locks
- crashes when put in background
- turns your screen up to 100% brightness 
- downloads always stick on 0% and never work
- can't download in background (but it doesn't work anyway so whatever)
- can't change playback speed
- annoying to set up
- inconsistent, annoying UI
- none of this will ever be fixed, last update was more than a year ago

But hey it's literally the only app your DVR supports, so I guess you'll have to use it right?

Great easy set up system, I have installed loads, but lately I cannot view remotely on mobile app through my mobile network. Works fine on my wifi while at home, but whole point is to view remotely. Please fix this issue..!!

I’ve had my camera, for about a week. Easily set up, put camera in position, everything working well. For the last couple of days, it keeps telling me, the camera is offline.
Reset to factory settings, as the information given, says. Everything ok, for a while, then again, goes offline. If I just unplug,  then plug straight back in, everything’s okay, again.
Cannot get camera to stay online. Any help would be appreciated.

Playback and device adding works fine but the most important thing is that alarm messages do not work. You still get notifications that motion has been detected but can’t view the notification or view the video.

The App used to work fine, recordings could be seen, clear camera system. Then something changed, you can no longer look at the system using 4 or 3G. The recordings also are not being stored. Going round and round in circles with so called support, o2 blaming sannce and sannce saying it’s o2. Still waiting for it to be rectified or I will I’ll be getting a refund.
