Worst app ever used. 

When searching through the recorded videos on your phone, the app only loads a small amount each time meaning you have to scroll for ages to reach the start of the day. This is an inconvenience but would at least be tolerable of the app didn’t shut down repeatedly. I have tried no fewer than 30 times to locate a video earlier in the day only for the app to close each time I get close to playing it back. Also, does not provide any options for filtering other than by date. By time and camera would be helpful. Absolute trash!

I have had a reoccurring problem where my cameras keep buffering and do not work at all. In addition, it does not let me select the camera I want and keeps saying unknown error. I have tried to send numerous emails to Sannce but I cannot get in touch with them whatsoever. 

Would someone be able to suggest anything???

Part of me just wants to uninstall these and just get rid of them.

Good quality pics and the app works well except for remote video control on both iPad and iPhone.
When playback is paused/stopped a ▶️ button appears on the screen yet the video playback is not restarted.Is there any chance the app can be updated please.

I followed the instructions a few times but you obviously have a problem with push notifications. The DVR sends the data to the app, but the app just doesn’t implement the correct calls in the Notification Centre API. So nothing gets pushed. Sort it out please. You obviously need to update the app. Other than this, the app is good and works for most other functions.
