It takes just a few minutes to get started with Santander Mobile Banking.
Already a customer?
• You’ll need your Personal ID, Security Number, phone number and/or email address that you’ve registered with us.
• Open the app, select ‘Log on’ and enter your details
If you’ve forgotten any details or have any issues logging in, please see our help guides at www.santander.co.uk/personal/support/ways-to-bank/on-your-mobile
New to Santander?
• You can open a Personal Current Account or Credit Card using our app. For other types of account, please visit www.santander.co.uk.
• Simply open the app and select ‘New Customer’.
• You'll need any passport or a UK driving licence, if you don’t have either of these you can open an account at www.santander.co.uk.
• We’ll guide you through the application process to set up your account.
Once set up be sure to allow ‘push notifications’ to see messages from us on your phone’s home screen.
Remember:
• Never share a One Time Passcode (OTP) or your Security Number with anyone. Not even a Santander employee.
• Santander will never call to ask to log on to your mobile device or computer, or ask you to download any type of software.
Interest rates within our App Store images are for visual purposes and may not be the latest rates.

Santander Mobile Banking will not run on devices that have been jailbroken.
Please make sure you have the latest Apple software on your phone so that our app runs smoothly. Best Banking App that i have ever had. Working Fast and with great joy i can say that i love it!!!
Strange!
Why do I have to keep going through the logging in lesson and options almost every time I use this app? Moreover, why don’t charity donations I make actually show the name of the charity itself? Not customer friendly!!
Annoying
App keeps asking to review so guaranteed 1 star review.
Worst app
Very slow and not enough updates , also very glitchy on some parts not useful Had problems before and contacted but never got anything back
Bank app
Very easy to use
Bring back the widget
The most useful part of the app was the widget to see your balance..they’ve removed that with the new update. Rest of the app is okay but it freezes on the log in page often. Was told in July the widget would be back, 5 months later and still nothing.
App too bloated
App to large to allow update.
Trouble
Freezes goes slow not as easy to make payments sometimes things should be left alone
App is terrible!
App is so tricky when using, trying to pay bills, doesn’t update and then it asks to to verify so do it via OTP and then open the app to check balance and it asks you to verify it! Ridiculous! Had nothing but issues since new app was in use and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it and no better!
