Already a customer? • You’ll need your Personal ID, Security Number, phone number and/or email address that you’ve registered with us. • Open the app, select ‘Log on’ and enter your details If you’ve forgotten any details or have any issues logging in, please see our help guides at www.santander.co.uk/personal/support/ways-to-bank/on-your-mobile New to Santander? • You can open a Personal Current Account or Credit Card using our app. For other types of account, please visit www.santander.co.uk. • Simply open the app and select ‘New Customer’. • You'll need any passport or a UK driving licence, if you don’t have either of these you can open an account at www.santander.co.uk. • We’ll guide you through the application process to set up your account. Once set up be sure to allow ‘push notifications’ to see messages from us on your phone’s home screen. Remember: • Never share a One Time Passcode (OTP) or your Security Number with anyone. Why do you accept funds coming in and then bully and harass customers when they want to transfer the funds out ?
