Sarda Farms’ Customer App is designed to give you a superior milk experience. Now most of your Sarda Farms milk transactions can be actioned with this Customer App from your smart phone, making the management of your milk and milk product account available at your fingertips.

Download the App from Store and type in your email id and password and in case you have forgotten your password please call Customer Care at 1-800-233-6455 and Customer Care will send you a reset password link to your email id. Use the new password to log into your app.

You can now pause your milk supply, make adhoc changes to your milk variants, change your delivery mode, refer to your milk delivery planner, make renewals, see your milk account statement, provide a feedback to Sarda Farms, in short, you now have the flexibility to manage your milk account at your own convenience.

For all your changes you make through the App you will see an on screen message confirming that the action has been completed.

Sarda Farms is looking forward to you to use the App and it will be your feedback which will help make this app better.

Don’t use it

This firm is a fraud before ordering anything kindly read the bellow:- Dear Mr. Behera, Sarda Farms would like to inform you that a charge of Rs. 400/- has been debited from your available balance towards 2 unreturned empty bottles(2 X 200). For 2 glass of bottles they are charging 400/- this is really ridiculous.

Cheap Packing is been used now

We have been a customer since like 4 years. But since some months due to the packaging in the paper bottles we have been facing lot of issue of leakage. Lot of repeated complaints and emails but all in vain. They think they are the best and no feedback accepted. Lastly we have to switch.

Crashes in iOS after keying in delivery details.

Dropping quality & rising prices

App is average could be way better specially around payments control why do you need a auto debit with full access to charge cc. Have been a user since last 5 years believe me their milk quality is dropping from what it was years back and lately too watery. However their keep on increasing the prices at will today a liter is 130/- that’s gold territory for average quality. Will switch to another provider. They have no value for old or any customer issues. Signs of deteriorating business.

Good Milk

The milk tastes very good and is creamy as well. I have subscribed for the pasteurized product and consistency in terms of taste has been pretty excellent.
