## Sarku Japan Reviews in United States

### ***** "Delicious"
My son and I always order from this place. They have delicious chicken and fried rice and they shrimp is so good also we mix the chicken and the shrimp together with the sauces so delicious and everything is fresh I never had a problem.
-- Concetta mcd, 2024-12-17

### **--- "App needs some work"
Took me 4 tries to complete my order. Kept getting a message I’m logged out and need to log back in. App is clunky to browse and it’d be nice to have Apple Pay support.
At least I got the $5 off my first order.
Rating 2 stars instead of 1 because I was able to finally get my order through.
-- CV1138, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Full of bug"
Worst app ever in the entire universe. The app is full of bugs and almost 90% of the time it doesnt work.
-- hongster911, 2024-12-12

### *---- ":(((("
Wanted to place an order of two entrees for my location today 12/11/24 to enter for the giveaway (free Sarku for a year if you order within the app). But the app won’t even allow me to view the menu!!! Keeps saying an error message. This app is pointless and you really shouldn’t be putting giveaways out there if you have to use the app to order. Entirely not fair!
-- streamjlove, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Can’t Login"
Don’t know why I can’t login the app. Lost credits for purchases. =(
-- Jdhxujd, 2024-12-06

### *---- "The app gave me the wrong Sarku"
I ordered for lunch and I used the coupon that came with first time users and the app said there was only one location in Springfield va, and I thought it meant the one across the street at Brookfield plaza. I turned out it was for the one at the mall. I got ripped off, no thanks to this stupid misleading app.
-- StormblastJames, 2024-10-25

### *---- "Useless app"
Truly such a trash app it degrades the Sarku brand which otherwise has good food. Deleting the app and not bothering to order anymore.
-- zacks9, 2024-10-10

### ***** "Worked fine for me"
Was skeptical because of all the negative reviews, but app downloaded fine for me, couldn’t use Apple Pay but I put in card just fine, it gave me my 5$ discount and gave me reward points although I don’t know what they are fore but the pickup order just fine, no issues thank you
-- AlottaWest, 2024-09-25

### ****- "Usually a great app, but now it’s not working"
I work at a mall and I like to order my food ahead of time on the weekends so I can enjoy my full lunch break and not wait in long lines. For the past week or so, the app hasn’t been working. I now have to waste my lunch break waiting in long lines to get food. Hopefully this is resolved soon
-- Nikki_tha_champ, 2024-09-22

### *---- "Pointless"
App doesn’t even load. Can’t use discounts or coupons.
