Multiple attempts to book a flight on 3 different devices. Hanging screens, forcing GBP as the only currency offered (why not Euros or even Kroners??), not recognising apostrophies in names. Several hours wasted trying to finally book a flight. Like something from the early ‘90s!
Once it moves to the screen for inputting passport info., it’s a blank screen. Deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing. Always seems to be something with SAS.
Zero stars. Can’t even get past the registration page! :(
Can’t open "new" version. Is there a fix coming? Three dots flashing meaning it’s trying to connect to a web site but can’t
The app is good for keeping track of your flights, delays and ok for booking new flights. But it lacks in functionality. You can’t cancel or change flights in the app. You can’t make dietary requests Passenger details are stored incorrectly (dates out of sync) and are not saved for the next flight You have to manually refresh flights to see the latest status. Options / filters for booking flights are limited eg filter by travel class or direct flights
