Is SAS free?
Yes, SAS is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is SAS legit?
⚠️ The SAS app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The app manipulated me into buying tickets separately because i wanted to book 2 different types of tickets. But after buying 1 ticket it increased the price drastically. Even when the tickets of the same price class was available. I know because it gave me the option to book 2 new tickets with the same (old) price. But to do that I had to buy 2 tickets. Customer service didn’t help or try to understand me at all. They instead hung up on me after I waited 2 hrs in queue to talk with them and described my issue to them. Very bad service and I know that writing this won’t help either. This is such BS!
Missing luggage status
I love the app. I have amongst a lot of useful functionality used the luggage functionality to check status. But now it only shows “accepted” and I need to access it from the app notification. Is this by design or a bug ?

Logging in useless
Why SAS app cannot log in using face id or something that is easy? I cannot remember how many times I have reset my password with sas. I really hate this app and the idiots who developed it. Irritating! Just like the airline.

hvordan finner vi en grei oversikt over direkteruter med sas fra stavanger? nettsidene deres, og for såvidt også andre selskapers nettsider, er håpløst dårlige å manøvere i for oss som vil fort frem og som kan tenke oss spontanvalg av reisemål.
det er MYE å hente på å øke tilbudene og prisene? bare reisemålene er å oppdrive!!
