Then later she said 4k channels are another $10/mo. Ok whatever that’s fine. Then she sends me to the nearest Sasktel store to get signed up as it is easier than doing it over the phone. I drive an hour to the store only to find out they don’t deal with business accounts but she did sell me two media boxes so I didn’t have to wait to have them shipped out. Girl in the store said to call Sasktel and activate them, you can hook them up yourself. Perfect. Get home, call Sasktel and nope, can’t activate over the phone and they shouldn’t have sold me the media boxes at the store... They have to send a tech out for $100. The guy shows up a few days later hooks everything up and then says it’s actually $65/month and that their sales team is notorious for making mistakes like this, happens a lot according to him… Went from $35 initially to $65, wow. That was Wednesday, today is Friday and now we have no channels, they turned off our channels?? Why? Who made this request, not us. Called support, they said this is a sales issue, that office closes at 4:45pm Mon-Fri so now we can’t have our NHL playoff party at our house this weekend because there is no support available until Monday. At first, it happened only a few times, but a few days later quit loading altogether. The problem was not my problem. It’s in the apps problem, but I had to switch away from my Wi-Fi router to use the router that sasktel provided. My router is behind the sasktel router, and works for everything else.
