## SaskTel Optimum In Reviews in Canada

### *---- "App doesn’t work anymore"
The app used to work, but for the last few weeks when you login, it just has a blank white screen. I have contacted Sasktel about the issue 3 separate times and I have followed all of their trouble shooting ideas and nothing works. It must be an issue with the app itself. PLEASE FIX THE APP!
-- Rjs000000000, 2025-07-21

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
This app doesn’t work. When I log in, I’m just given a white screen. Yes, my devices are up to date, yes I have downloaded and re-installed the app multiple times. I continue to see a white screen. If this is a service Sasktel has, it would be nice if it actually worked.
-- Jen_17, 2025-07-05

### *---- "Fix the app"
Would be a good app if you could actually use it. I have infinet 300 but it doesn’t say I have “in home optimum wifi” the logging in is very buggy as well
-- Newcombe96, 2023-08-21

### *---- "Sasktel Team; Will you please Update this app!"
That’s all I have to say, because it’s no good to use anyway, it’s an amazing app just spice it up, please, laterrr!! ✌🏼⛅️
-- Unkwn_user., 2023-07-02

### *---- "WHAT"
I got optimum wi-fi ….,.Can not even sign in. It says I don’t have the service. Ive even re loaded the app
-- Baldbry, 2022-04-11

### ****- "Not bad. Good info"
Shows some good info but need options To split the 2.4 and 5G as well to have parental controls per device….. for a few per month expect more customization.
-- Spooner009, 2022-04-03

### *---- "Junk"
Another junk app that rarely works.
-- Habs#one, 2022-02-06

### *---- "App is Crap…"
It shows as ‘open’ in the app store yet if i try to open it loads and loads and never opens… and there is NOTHING I can do to fix it! Come on SaskTel!!!!!!!
-- CGPB-CRAPAPP, 2021-11-10

### **--- "Cool app but finicky"
I have to login EVERY time I use this app and it takes no less than 30 seconds and up to 2 minutes to show information.
-- Thunderpork, 2021-09-10

### *---- "Not working - needs updating"
It keeps giving me an Error 500 - Internal Server Error after I logged in every time. Haven’t been able to use this service which is annoying given that you’re paying extra money for it. Good thing I have some time to see if it’s going to work otherwise I might just cancel my services and keep my plan with Shaw. Too bad that SaskTel’s system and technology is so outdated.
