## SATA MWCare Reviews in Singapore

### ***-- "Tele-consultation issue"
I have been facing issues every time I use the app for teleconsultation. Despite providing answers and completing the required steps, I often receive no response, after deduct payment and trying few times then it works. This has made the experience frustrating. I hope the team can address and resolve this issue promptly to improve the user experience. The app has potential, but these technical glitches need urgent attention. Thank you.

### *---- "Registration"
Very cheap bad app I prefer no download this app if u want your time waist than can download i try 2 hrs for registration but my company no coming in search box too bad and cheap app
-- Moneygil, 2024-09-09

### *---- "Bad experienves"
Bad app. App says, the doctor will call within 2 hrs. So you need to stare at your phone for 2 hrs even you are sick. Experienced 4 times, doctor never call in 2 hrs even though I paid 2.18$... As i was sick, i rly did not bother to call again. Also doctors are not approachable, looking down to patients. Thinking we are here just to get MC even though you are rly sick.

### *---- "Video Call issue for iPhone users"
There is an app issue regarding on the video call for iPhone users. Everytime you accept doctor’s call, no video and audio. Doctor needs to call 3-4 times before the video and audio call will proceed.

### ***** "Nice application"
“I'm impressed with the MWCare app! It's convenient and affordable, with online consultations starting from just $2.18. Although I encountered a technical issue when I accidentally deleted the app and couldn't log back in, the support team at SATA Telemedicine were quick to help me reset my password. Thanks for the excellent support! The only suggestion I have is to add a reset password option for easier access in the future. Overall, great app and service!"

### *---- "App Error but Cannot REFUND"
I keep receiving calls but when I answer the app will close. I called the customer service but they said it’s connection problem which is not true. I asked if they will refund me but she said it’s non refundable. Horrible!
-- sheenaxxxxx, 2024-03-21

### *---- "Worst app developer"
This app developer cheats. No professional. I am waiting for 6 hours but finally doctor say it cannot call because app error. How come app developer don’t know how to create app.
-- Aung Myo Myint, 2024-03-11

### **--- "No option to reset password"
Very worst app no option to reset password
-- Vibas since 1990, 2024-03-05

### *---- "Terrible App & even more terrible customer service blaming the app"
Tried to book a teleconsult and did not get a notification of the call by the doctor. Apparently you have to stare at your phone for 2 hours until you get the call in order not to miss it.
Customer service says its the app’s problem and the prepaymentvis therefore forfieted.
What a SCAM!!
-- Cvidnd, 2024-03-04

### *---- "Cannot pick up call"
I pick up the call 3 times and all was cut off. Then I was back to the queue screen. 2 hours has passed yet no other call coming. No where to leave a comment too
