For a semi-precise first alignment, users can first use the augmented reality tracker which will save time while searching for the orbital position. It uses location, compass and camera sensors from the user's mobile phone or tablet and will guide the user in the right direction. After this initial step, the user can use the calculated azimuth, elevation and tilt values to calibrate the satellite dish/antenna. Once everything is set up correctly, the user should connect to the SAT>IP server, select the satellite transponder used for pointing and then press "scan". Schade, ich hatte mir wirklich mehr von der App erhofft. Ich nutze einen SAT>IP Server und leider ist die App nur bis Max. iOS 9 zu gebrauchen. Also nur noch mit einem alten iPhone 4S nutzbar und das war es. Hinzu kommt, sobald man sein Netzwerk auf WPA3 umgestellt hat, ist eh Feierabend mit den alten Geräten. Und selbst wenn man ein lauffähiges Smartphone hat, bekommt die App bedingt durch WPA3 keine Verbindung mehr zustande. Das letzte Update ist leider auch schon 5 Jahre her und seitdem kam nichts mehr. Der Entwickler ist zudem auch nicht mehr erreichbar. Viel verschenktes Potenzial, welches ich sogar finanziell unterstützt hätte.
