本アプリケーションは（株）サトーが提供する公式アプリケーションです。
SOS対象機種に対しこのアプリではSOSの下記機能をご利用頂けます。
SOSはバーチャルエンジニアをお客様のそばにをコンセプトに
お客様の運用を止めず、安定稼動を提供するサービスです。
1.Daily check up
プリンタの画面のQRコードを本アプリでスキャンする事で、下記の情報が表示できます。
●プリンタの状態確認
●プリンタの使用量確認
●エラーの場合、エラー情報のマニュアル表示
●アプリからヘルプデスクへ電話（日本のみ）
●アプリから問い合わせ可能
2.プリンタ追加
ご使用のプリンタをダッシュボード（管理画面）へ追加する機能です。また入力情報は
QRコードで表示され、本アプリでスキャンする事で自動入力できます。
＊本機能はSOSアカウントをお持ちの方がご利用いただける機能です。
3. 資産管理機能
QRの読み取り履歴を表示する事で、簡易棚卸が可能です。
機器把握を簡単に行えます。
４．クイックサポート（日本のみ）
アプリから機器の修理依頼が可能になります。煩雑な修理依頼もこのアプリで簡単に行えます。
また修理ステータスも確認可能です。
