Developers don’t want to fix bugs. It is bug ridden and requires constant updating and reinstalling. It’s a lousy company that handles these accounts charges a $270 processing fee for a credit card. The interface is so lousy that my bank invariably flags this as fraud when I try to make a payment with a credit card. Setting up auto pay rarely works and then the landlord contact me about a $500 late fee on top of the ridiculous processing fees.
