Given that this is a new app, there are some things I think could be added but I find the overall design really nice and it’s easy to use. -- Lola east 231, 2025-08-07 ### *---- "Suspicious activity" Keeps declining my payment under the guise of “suspicious activity”. As a chicken establishment, really? -- YouGetOnMyNerves, 2025-04-23 ### ***** "Love the app" This app does not look like the typical e-commerce app. It’s fast, easy and convenient -- Reiriop, 2025-01-15 ### ***-- "Tendies? Sammies?" Please just call them tenders and sandwiches. -- Pupper22, 2025-01-01 ### **--- "Lacking" For an app to order food, this is severely lacking in options. 1. You can’t really customize your order (can’t remove or add ingredients on sammies). 2. You can’t make a profile (can’t save payment type). 3. If you close the order tracker it is gone forever. 4. The tracker doesn’t seem to work, and does not provide an accurate time your order is ready (mine was ready an hour late). 5. Not linked to your KFC account (rewards?). 6. No links for help or support. You would think a large company that is already in the fast food industry would be able to put out a better app for a new concept restaurant. -- isuvbpres, 2024-12-28 ### *---- "Not well thought out" This app is very hard to use. It has several issues. 1. Once you order, you cannot look up current or past orders. 2. It does not have a login to save your information. It has favorite food, but does not remember it. 3. Hard to order food, with too many ways to see food. 4. Does not connect to Apple Pay, google pay or PayPal. -- hutch1958, 2024-12-27 ### ***-- "First hour release review" Went before it was famous. Food was perfect but they have to change up the prices. My friends got fries, 3-4 tenders, 5 sauces, and a drink for 9$ while I got 1 chicken tender and a little sandwich for 10$. -- Matas Garla, 2024-12-23 [View all Saucy by KFC reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Saucy by KFC Discovered Keywords - saucy --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
