It’s really sad to see an app developed by one of the richest economies in the world filled with so much bugs. Firstly, the fingerprint error problem. Secondly sometimes the verification mail is not sent. Thirdly, Asian countries are victim cause they can’t access it. Fourthly, the server is so slow that the page doesn’t load. This app is used for Hajj/Umrah purposes. These future Hajis goes through a lot of hassle because of this. I couldn’t complete my mother’s verification just because of the bugs in this app and now she is heartbroken. Please fix the problem.

This software isn’t working in iPhone

App is not working on very crucial time when we are having hajj applications deadline. Please improve the api service it is crashing and is not working for most of the time.

Whenever I come to the face scanning step , i scan and they show green light and says to keep still and I do it but then it shows error bio-418. And after this when I try to go through the process again i give my email and they show bio-418. I am in severe need of guidance and help, so please reply with the appropriate response.

Please solve the error problems

This app have issue that it take long time to capture face or finger prints but its good enough. I spend 1 hour on first go and complete the process which is fair. It depends on how well you use this app. Here are few things which need to focus on while using. General tips: - Don’t do this by yourself help someone to capture for you. - Follow app provided instructions on each step - if person is old enough rub his/her fingers to make prints prominent - use black or any dark cloth as background for fingerprints - use good quality camera - if screen stuck just change camera position up and down to replace don’t quit. - first it will scan and then rescan all fingers to be patient. - while use app try to under it. Face capture: - use back camra and place a while background to capture face and follow provided information on app Fingerprinting: - read instructions and scan. ideally left hand first and then right hand. - For Thumb place you thumb as per mark in app. - For fingers don’t try to place all fingers in required frame all at once you can focus one by one - first place your finger as per bigger mark and then There is a small circle which is not green initially when it gets green you just have to bring more close. - it finds next finger by refrence of bigger mark so place hand accordingly
