I just renewed my subscription yesterday and it keeps on saying my subscription has expired. I already contacted apple support and it seems that the problem is with the application. I paid for the unlimited access for 1 year yesterday. Please take an action as soon as possible.

The reviewer is very helpful since it really gives rationale to the questions and it gives us techniques applicable for each questions.
I reset my phone and the app wants me to pay again.
Please look into this. I saved up for this app. I paid for this app last November and reset my phone recently. Now it wants me to pay for the app all over again but it has my old quizzes that the free trial doesn’t have. I can’t send a complain through the report because it has bugs. I really love this product but please don’t let me throw away my money for nothing.
