## SaveME 999 Description
Aplikasi SaveME 999 (selepas ini dirujuk sebagai “Aplikasi”) diperkenalkan secara rasmi kepada rakyat Malaysia sebagai salah satu inisiatif Kerajaan Malaysia untuk menguruskan perkhidmatan kecemasan melalui aplikasi telefon pintar. Aplikasi ini menawarkan pelbagai ciri, antaranya membolehkan pengguna membuat permintaan bantuan kecemasan seperti kebakaran, jenayah, bantuan perubatan, bantuan kemanusiaan, kecemasan di laut dan lain-lain perkhidmatan kecemasan yang berkaitan di dalam Malaysia.

Aplikasi ini juga boleh digunakan untuk kecemasan melibatkan insiden-insiden yang meletakkan nyawa dalam keadaan berisiko dan menyebabkan kerosakan terhadap harta benda atau alam sekitar.

Aplikasi ini turut direka khas untuk membantu individu cacat penglihatan (buta) dan cacat pendengaran (pekak) yang memerlukan bantuan kecemasan. Orang awam boleh menambah maklumat tambahan seperti teks, rakaman suara, gambar/video untuk membantu agensi kecemasan bertindak dengan lebih cepat dan berkesan.

Aplikasi dan data adalah milik Kerajaan Malaysia dan dikendalikan oleh Kementerian Komunikasi (KK) Selaras dengan hasrat negara ke arah pendigitalan teknologi, aplikasi ini
diperbaharui dengan pelbagai fungsi baharu dan menumpukan kepada pengurusan perkhidmatan kecemasan secara lebih digital, cekap dan berkesan.

It’s already a week and the issue still haven’t been fixed. Apparently it’s an error code for “username taken”. Why do I have to fill in a lot just for the end to display this and not when I typed my username? And could’ve just described “username taken” rather than just “error 500”. I’m not hating, just being critical cuz this app is a billion dollars yet it feels cheap to use. Please do better.

phone call would be easier for emergency situations, not this?!!!!!!! Like people would panic at times like this, how could you downgrade something that people have long using for???? I was like what? We need to install something like this? For emergency? This app is a joke seriously, there were lots of complaints in social media especially when there were medical emergencies the ambulance would arrive too late. I don’t even see the point of this app, you think this is like a shopping app ah? I’m very upset that something like this could even consider to be released or even thought of, you think this is project RBT ah?! Innovation what so ever. Anyways phone call 999>>>>> and do better if you want to prove to us this innovation of an APP can solve the nations problem faster than the emergency phone call that you just dropped out. You will be responsible to all of the people that didn’t get immediate help in emergency situations. I will say this again, if you want to continue this RBT project of an app do BETTER, people lives are at risk in these situations.
