### ***-- "Booked seats must be reserved and not given to other passenger"
Ok, this app is making your travel easy by having early booking feature and also you will see which time is next bus. But only 3stars because of seat reservation

I wanna suggest one thing. Once the seat is booked (especially PAID) online, it should be RESERVED once the passenger arrive and not give to other passengers who came early.

Simple logic, what is the sense of booking ahead of time and choosing your seat based on your convenience if it will just be given to other passengers?

RAKTA should take note on this. It happened to me many times, for sure with other passengers too. Twice of which were when I was having leg injury and booked the front seats. But ended up in 3rd row.

It would be of great help if they implement strict regulation on this.
