(Error) App blank saat gunakan voucher
Saat checkout, setelah masukkan kode voucher dan klik gunakan, app blank (putih tanpa tampilan).
Admin respon buruk
Saya sangat kecewa dengan respon penjual yg tidak profesional , saya ajukan pengembalian dana yg stok ny kosong . Selama ini saya sllu langganan dengan sayurbox ini tp dengan kejadian ini saya sungguh kecewa dengan admin ny , jawab apa balas apa !!
Produk kurang berkualitas
Asli sayurbox makin kesini kenapa kualitas barang makin gak karuan. Pesen sayur banyak yg busuk/udah kuning, pesen buah potong udah kecut semua kaya produk 2hari yg lalu, padahal dari barang diterima langsung dibuka. Kecewa banget, padahal udah belanja di sayurbox dari 2020 karna selalu suka sama produk2nya yg berkualitas dan fresh.. tapi makin kesini, tiap belanja ada aja yg bikin kecewa, terutama sama kualitas produk2nya. Padahal beli sayur/buah bukan yg imperfect tapi yg di dapat 👎🏻
Pengiriman selalu terlambat
Ketiga kali pakai app ini, dan selalu terlambat. CS dihubungi pun gak responsif. Masa iyaa mau nganterin jam 11 malam. Memangnya org org ga pada tidur? Harusnya eta jam 5-8 malam. Jam 5 sore bilangnya telat sejam karna kendala lalu lintas. Padahal baru jalan jam setengah 8 malam. Jam setengah 9 malam bilang eta jam 9-11 malam dgn alasan macet di tol. Pas cs dihubungin hilang. Kecewa banget pokoknya.

Sempat jadi aplikasi favorite karena memudahkan untuk belanja sayuran dan buah tanpa ribet Eh sekarang lokasi nya banyak yang gaada Bali Jogja Bandung padahal kota populer tapi sudah tidak ada. Langsung uninstall Bye SayurBox
