First they will block my card for using it to pay my bill because apparently that is a suspicious activity. The app does give an option to unblock the card and upon selecting the option, it navigates back to the Home Screen. The customer care service is useless as well. Why are they giving their customers a credit card when we can’t even use it.

Customer service: for calling, you will have to sanction over two hours. Email, you’ll never get the right reply. However, you’ll get calls for increasing your credit limit.

I had applied for SBI card on 22-07-2026 and all the required documents and video KYC was also completed. After one month, I received an SMS for rejection on 24-08-2026 stating that non availability of information/required documents. There is no transparency from SBI as per the RBI guidelines and only giving vague reasons.
