App opens only in mobile data not in Wi-Fi

Shows error message (saying “technical issue”) when opening the app every time in Wi-Fi connection. I first thought there might be an issue with my Wi-Fi connection. However, all other apps are opening in Wi-Fi. App is working in mobile data (5G connection).

One stop app

Nice app with user experience and security point of view well designed.

From good to worse

A year ago this app was good and all policies are accessible but now it’s like slow as hell. N very buggy

What a farji app it is…. Doesn’t even open….

Good but need to work on software

App is overall good Interface is convenient Details r been easily accesible But its very slow while loading Its jst loading n loading Very difficult to get the data

Application takes too much time to process and not always respond properly. I had renew my policy but cannot process the request through the application.

Clueless

The app is clueless about the policy holders identity. Please have a separate module for KYC to update and upload all the documents. The process to renew is tedious.

Useless App

I cannot link my existing policy then what is use of this policy if I cannot log back to my policy. Completely useless.
