### ***** "Rand Bowen"
Love, State Bank.
Rand
-- Rand Bowen, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Worst bank I’ve ever had !"
This bank is the definition of a joke. They will not help you and laugh at a frustrated customer That is looking for answers and they seem to not have any… the women named Cody that sat there and laughed on the phone was so rude and needs to learn respect and find a new job . Nothing but problems from day one at this bank . Don’t use this bank !!!!

### *---- "Confusing, Slow, and Barely Functional"
This is likely one of the worst online banking experiences you can have on a mobile device.

The app is incredibly slow even to open; and, even after opening, it will take quite awhile to get into the actual app after logging in. Once you're in the app, you'll struggle to navigate its "simplified" and "upgraded" user interface. Want to deposit a check on mobile? Good luck finding where to go. The online services sure won't tell you how to navigate to that part of the app, likely because they don't know, either. Even if you get there, good luck getting the application to work.

Every time I need to do something with this app, I groan. I look for reasons not to. I want to use this application as infrequently as possible due to how poorly it is designed, how slow it is to function, and how many features are hidden away or simply do not work most of the time.

### ****- "Pretty Good"
Most things are really good and I love State Bank overall but the app could use a little work. Specifically depositing a check with the phone the outline is off screen almost always
-- Andy975, 2024-09-24

### ***-- "Performance issues"
Depending on the day and time the application seems to slow down or even to hang.
-- THWOM, 2024-09-19

### ***-- "Review"
App is good, but slow
-- 'olgrampa49, 2024-09-14

### *---- "App is slow and hard to use"
The app takes forever to load and is constantly glitching
-- Super Soaker Daddy 42069, 2024-09-13

### ***** "Best Bank with Great Service"
I particularly like SBSU because the employees are all terrific. They know the meaning of great service. It’s a first class banking operation.
-- beutma, 2024-09-07

### *---- "Critically disfunctional"
Pretty important parts of this app just don’t work half the time. This app has been terrible for years.
-- IOSisTerrible, 2024-07-26

### ***** "My Bank"
As a very small stockholder, State Bank of Southern Utah is my bank. I own at least one brick. I enjoy the service that I receive and the good people that to me are the face of this home town bank. Thanks.
