OTP log in awful
So in addition to having facial recognition to get into my app I now need to add a OTP sent to my mobile. This is a giant time wasting exercise at the best of times, but when you’re travelling and using a different SIM it is nothing short of a pain in the ass. Incredibly inefficient!!

The UI/UX is very bad
The ui ux is very bad. On many screens I cannot close a certain window as it is on the very edge of the screen on the iPhone 15

Disappointed with user experience
I am very disappointed with the experience I am facing right now. I am unable to enable online transactions for my credit card. The toggle button works fine, but the submit button is not visible, and clicking back discards the changes. I am using an iPhone 13 Pro. This frustration was further compounded by the lack of customer support. I have been calling the person who initially contacted me several times, but there has been no solution. Additionally, I am unable to make this change through online banking as well. I have been stuck with this issue for two months now.
