Cannot claim my rewards pls look into it when I call customer support they never answer call keeps getting dropped when the link to request a callback leads now where. Worst banking services ever !!!

I am very disappointed with the experience I am facing right now. I am unable to enable online transactions for my credit card. The toggle button works fine, but the submit button is not visible, and clicking back discards the changes. I am using an iPhone 13 Pro. This frustration was further compounded by the lack of customer support. I have been calling the person who initially contacted me several times, but there has been no solution. Additionally, I am unable to make this change through online banking as well. I have been stuck with this issue for two months now.

Good for nothing application, no user friendly interface

Hello developers, since the latest update of balances to watch without logging into account. The same tutorial walks in every time i try to login. please correct this issue it always asks for OTP AGAINNNNN!!!! please get this sorted

Cannot make a payment easily and it didn’t tie-up with any other platform to pay the credit card bill. Whenever I try to make a payment in CRED app it says “temporarily unavailable” If I try to make a payment in SC app it redirects me to browser page and asks to enter the credit card number twice.Pathetic, after logging in who enters a credit number twice to make payment. Taking a screenshot, I understand its a privacy constraint but when I try to click a screenshot the app logs out but I get the screenshot then whats the point of logging out.

Excellent facility

I am using this app from last 2 years. But on 1st dec 2024 I have bill of 9524 I am payed bill on 1st dec but payment not received in credit card. There tellycaller call me daily 30 to 50 times. I am explain everyone that I am already paid bill but it’s not updated in card noone listen me . After all that I am again paid 9875 with late fees. What a great bank services🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
