The app doesn’t open unless you update it with the latest version - every update has locked me out. I have to call customer service to unlock my account. It is very inconvenient that I can’t update at a suitable time and especially getting locked out with EVERY update!
Current update is not allowing me to login. The app keeps on shutting every time I try to log in. It keeps on playing the opening graphics and then shuts. I’m unable to do my transactions. Please fix this ASAP.
