The service on mobile banking is secured and efficient KeepItUp
One of the best even internationally
The SCB banking app should be considered a model banking app. It’s incredibly user friendly and intuitive. Speaking from my experience with some other Indian as well as international banks, this is the most user friendly and yet secure app that I have used. I wish the earlier full functionality of the email within the app would be restored.
Credit Card
Glad that my replacement Credit Card has been received in just two days. Also, I could set the card pin and usage limits on SC Mob App. Whole process was hassle free!! Excellent 😀😀😀!!
Worst customer service
SC customer service is very worst and never treat you as a customer. You never get prompt response back and no procedure and lack the process in providing solution.

My iphone doesn’t support iOS 13.. how do I get back to the old version app
Horrible
Ad comes up and asks for a OTP every single time you try to login
OTP only by SMS and not email
You are screwed if you need to do any banking while abroad. Unless of course you pay for roaming and are not in a place with no cell service. SMS can’t be sent via wifi. They used to allow OTP by registered email but they canceled this route, thus making online banking via app impossible when abroad.
New updates are horrible
Why in the world do you need me to enter an otp to access the app? How do people use the app when there is little network coverage or if they are travelling? This is the dumbest move ever!? Do you guys even see how other banking apps work?
OTP is not received
I am never receiving OTP for login and I couldn’t use this app
