Each time you need to transfer to your existing payee it just throw an unknown error 001. No matter how what you do it won’t let you transfer. BUT with same internet connection it will go through fine. I don’t know how this app developers have designed it but its very inconvenient and frustrating sometimes when a transfer fails. The previous app wasn’t too pleasant in looks but never had these unknown random errors. This issue is happening for at least past year or so. I use my debit card literally all over the world as I’m an overseas Pakistani and it works everywhere. Exchange rates are competitive and it is acceptable at most of the places. I love how good their app and online banking is. However, it’s a nightmare to use them from abroad. They claim to be an international bank and everything but their app doesn’t work from abroad, I think it has to do something with cache because if you clear the cache you can do single transaction and then it starts throwing the error again. On the web portal you have to use them in incognito mode but still if you need to add a payee or transfer via raast you need the otp and they only send that over phone not email so can’t access your sim from abroad so that doesn’t work either. And their tech support is worst; I was able to get a response from SC India but they won’t respond. Even if you’re lucky enough to get a response after a week the tech support guys are the least technical people I’ve came across in my life.
