Scrolling doesn’t work

Can’t scroll down on iPhone SE (2016) e.g. to click “OK” button, therefore unable to login. Please fix

Fantastic Bank

I have been with Standard chartered from God knows how many years and I am very satisfied with their service. I use my debit card literally all over the world as I’m an overseas Pakistani and it works everywhere. Exchange rates are competitive and it is acceptable at most of the places. I love how good their app and online banking is. Full marks to them.

Worst bank to use from outside Pakistan

They are fine as long as you use them in Pakistan. However, it’s a nightmare to use them from abroad. They claim to be an international bank and everything but their app doesn’t work from abroad, I think it has to do something with cache because if you clear the cache you can do single transaction and then it starts throwing the error again. On the web portal you have to use them in incognito mode but still if you need to add a payee or transfer via raast you need the otp and they only send that over phone not email so can’t access your sim from abroad so that doesn’t work either. And their tech support is worst; I was able to get a response from SC India but they won’t respond. Even if you’re lucky enough to get a response after a week the tech support guys are the least technical people I’ve came across in my life. If you’re travelling or moving abroad please don’t trust these guys. They simply don’t work!

Worst app experience. Error ridden and meaning less development. Previous app was so much better. It at least worked

Card payment is not working in this version

Since the latest release the card payment is not proceeding through. It is creating a greater hassle as the dates approaching and the credit card payments can remain unpaid due to this. Need to look and resolve the feature, it gives completion error always.

Crappy product in a shiny packaging

I miss the old app :( The new app is full of bugs, the old one might looked poor to some but never ever faced any issues whatsoever and now with the new app - can’t use Raast, pay my bills like I can’t even pay my credit card bill and have to go to the website to get this done which fails the purpose of having an application. The looks are fancy but there are some serious issues that needs to be fixed!

Useless app since a few months

I can’t even see login screen from past 10 Months and my is version is latest and have installed one 2 different iOS devices. I am not hopeful anymore leaving this review for the management to look into. Now they advertise that we can open a bank account right through the app however we can’t login if we already have an account

Worst banking app in Pakistan…

Should learn from competition how to develop simple banking application. Seems like we’re living in stone age when using it. Have to wait looong after selecting an option as the “sophisticated” app has to complete internal processing…pathetic. Worst of all, they’re constantly sending advertising emails about the “NEWLY” designed app. Sell this garbage app and lies somewhere else…
