Most Helpful app as compare to other banks

I personally like SCB the most because it is really competently designed according to the international standards. Where other banks apps have lack of functionality SCB App provides numbers of facilities. I recommend SCB and so its App 100% useful and helpful.

Slow app low functionality compared to other competitors

Very slow app loads very late you guys should look at new apps nowadays like sadapay they have fast ui plus modern app and your app has no option to delete existing payees anywhere very difficult app make it simple

Unable to remove a Payee

Pathetic UI UX as it always forces me to send amount when I am trying to navigate the way of remove someone from My Payee. What an nonsense reply from developers that a person cannot remove payee from app and should go to web app.

Worst banking app

The other mobile banking apps such as meezan or even hbl are much better and optimised. This app doesn't let you take screenshot properly, keeps crashing, most of the times need multiple attempts to log in. WORST BANKING APP EVER!

Feature Request

There should be an ability to share receipts screenshots just like the other banking applications out there.

App interface

Interface of this app is so user friendly. Speed is amazingly fast. Easy to navigate through all the available options.

Can’t delete added payee

I have a lot of payees in my account I want to delete some of them I tried to manage account but their is no option to delete payee

Login Issue

Its absolutely a nightmare, everytime I have to login, I need to try it for multiple times and wait for around 1 minute on each try. On an average it took around 5 mint for me to get logged in to the app. 😩
