SCAI Security is the all-in-one mobile app for frontline security and reception teams. Manage visitor check-in and check-out, run patrols, report incidents, and keep your site under control—all from your iPhone or iPad.
Visitor management
Check-in & check-out — Quickly check in pre-booked visitors or register walk-in guests. Capture host name, visit purpose, destination, and optional vehicle details.
Visitor search — Find visitors by name or booking so front desk and security can verify identity and status in seconds.
Walk-in registration — Register visitors without a booking. Add name, host, contact info, company, visit purpose, and vehicle (e.g. license plate, type) in one flow.
Active & completed visits — See who’s on site and review past visits for accountability and reporting.
Patrol & incident reporting
Patrol — Start patrol sessions, scan checkpoints (e.g. QR), and record that rounds are completed on time.
Incident reporting — Log security or safety incidents with details and optional photos so nothing is missed.
