After installed scamshield and opened it, phone hangs for few seconds and nothing can be press on screen or buttons. After scamshield is closed, everything returns to normal. Please fix this issue

Hopefully there’s a version for iPadOS as current version only made for iOS

Seems like the app is not really working for a long time. It works like wonder at the beginning, but the recent 1 year I have been receiving spams on a daily basis

Seems to no longer really work at filtering anything. All the scam messages come in. The reports don’t seem to make any differences. Many of these SMS come from local numbers. I can report these and see subsequent messages from the exact same numbers. Not sure if anybody actually reads the submissions or if it just goes into a black box to be discarded. Will stop submissions if there is no point to it

Everytime I need to report, it hang and need to delete the app and reinstall then can report issue

Hi, I am still getting scam calls despite using the app. OTP SMSes have been blocked by this app, and I can only get my OTP when I deleted the app

Used to be able to do submit the unsolicited obvious scam calls. To me the most useful feature of ScamShield is reporting those scammer numbers and if they use SG numbers, for SPF to be able to nab them.

Is my reporting providing any help to ScamShield for further improvements at all? Why am I still receiving so many unknown sms and calls? Imagine if it’s those elderly mobile phone. What will happen?

Have not been detecting any scams at all. Received weird calls, and unsolicited SMS but no warning from scam shield. The only good part is I’m able to report those numbers & hopefully help others
