Unclear subscription plan for “free trial”

Similar to other users, charging of subscription plans are not clear, but only emphasizing the “free trial”. I bet some users are subscribed given the “7-day free trial”, without knowing it is in fact subscribing the weekly plan. Despite the clear app layout, such underlying charging is very much unpleasant. Cancelled the “subscription” within 1 hour of download.

Very user friendly and very sharp images!

Use to be better

It seems that the new configuration has taken away a few thing,I found that one cannot darken the colour is not good as some scanned image are very light, even enhancing does do it. Secondly, the early day of this apps is simple and user friendly, ie, I use to be able to expand/ enlarge the scanned page to double change if everything is clear and scanned, as this function was gone long time, I found it not very handy.

It wouldn’t let me cancel a subscription

I had downloaded this app to use its trial for 10 mins. It didn’t do what I needed to effectively. So I tried cancelling subscription. Thn Everytime I went to manage subscription it just said my subscription is valid until 19June2022 I tried cancelling the subscription. It wouldn’t let me. Please give me a refund

After I have downloaded the apps and I opened it and it said will charge me after 3 days trial. Please cancel my subscription immediately.
