You took my money. A week ago I bought a week of app and this morning the app itself made a subscription. But I did not give permission, I ask for my money back, the app is no longer needed. And I have already canceled the subscription, now give me my money back. I haven't checked my mail for a long time, it turns out they already sent a warning that automatic subscription and payment is happening. And I only found out today. Why are you doing this? I don't need automatic subscription. Just return my money !

Прошу вернуть денежные средства, как минимум должно приходить уведомление а не просто взять и списывать деньги! Требую вернуть деньги, ужасное приложение даже не получается поделиться документом, за что нагло берете деньги, если приложение толком не функционирует
Сняли годовое обслуживание , но доступа к приложению нет
Прошу в срочном порядке дать доступ к приложению или вернуть денежные средства за годовое обслуживание!

Полностью бесполезное приложение. Просто фоткает и обрезает. Никаких фильтров или улучшений. Просто фотик за 200тг в неделю. И да, если вы купили этот мусор, то не забудьте отменить подписку, а то они будут воровать у вас по 5000тг в неделю

This app robbed me. After I’ve look at my payments in debit card, I figure out that they took my money without subscription. During 10 weeks they charge 10 usd every week, so almost 100 us for two months. I didn’t even updated this app for two month, and use only once. Give my money back!!!
