I downloaded it and paid the $8 for extra scans because I had hundreds of inventory items to scan. It took my money but did not apply the upgrade so I was still at 20 free scans, but if I clicked upgrade again it would show I already upgraded. The AI support agent said that my request would be escalated to the human team, and hours later no response still. It’s mostly worked as intended, however now that we have upgraded our iPads’ iOS to 18.2 (not completely sure if this is the issue, but this is around the time the issue cropped up), the app unlinks the Google account that our Sheets are on every few hours and then I have to go and link every iPad again to get them up and scanning.
