## Scan2List: Inventur Description
Mit Scan2List fotografierst du ein Regal, einen Karton oder einen Stapel Pakete, und die App liest alle Barcodes und QR-Codes auf dem Foto auf einmal. Daraus wird eine Liste, die du als CSV-Datei teilst und in Excel, Numbers oder Google Sheets öffnest. Du musst also nicht jeden Code einzeln scannen.

So geht's: Du machst ein Foto, und die App findet die Barcodes darauf, auch 30 oder 40 auf einmal. Einzelne Teile holst du mit dem Live-Scan nach, indem du die Kamera kurz auf den Code hältst. Scannst du denselben Artikel mehrmals, zählt die App die Menge hoch, statt ihn doppelt aufzuführen. Am Ende teilst du die Liste, zum Beispiel per AirDrop oder Mail.

Für jedes Regal, jeden Raum oder jeden Auftrag legst du eine eigene Liste an. Beim Export wählst du, welche Spalten in der Datei stehen, etwa Code, Anzahl, Zeitpunkt oder Notiz. Die Datei öffnet sich in Excel richtig, auch mit Umlauten. Du kannst die Codes auch kopieren und woanders einfügen. Die App liest alle gängigen Codes, zum Beispiel EAN, UPC, Code 128, QR und Data Matrix, und funktioniert ohne Internet. Deine Fotos bleiben auf deinem iPhone.

Scannen, Live-Scan und Export sind kostenlos und ohne Limit. Die kostenlose Version zeigt Werbung. Mit Scan2List Pro ist die Werbung weg, als Monats- oder Jahresabo.

Für Inventuren gibt es zusätzlich den Inventur-Modus. Du lädst eine Liste mit dem, was da sein sollte, zum Beispiel aus deiner Kasse, aus Excel oder von scan2list.de. Eine CSV-Datei kannst du auch direkt aus Dateien, Mail oder per AirDrop in Scan2List öffnen. Während du fotografierst, zeigt die App, was fehlt, wo die Menge nicht stimmt und was nicht auf der Liste steht. Für Dinge ohne Barcode erstellst du Nummern und druckst Etiketten.

Scan2List eignet sich für Läden, Lager, Gastronomie, Vereine, Veranstalter, IT-Abteilungen, Bibliotheken und für deinen Umzug.
