### *---- "Payé le produit en 2012, inutilisable en 2019"
J’ai acheté la version pro en 2011-2012, mais maintenant il faut payer plus, pour pouvoir l’utiliser...
On me demande de réinitialiser le mot de passe ... Je presse sur le bouton « reset password », je vais dans l’application mail pour récupérer le code et lorsque je retourne dans ScanBizCards, le menu a changer et je n’ai d’autre choix que de demander un 2e code... 😡💩
Donc, je récupère le code sur un autre appareil, j’écris mon code et 2 fois le nouveau mot de passe, mais maintenant je ne peux pas accéder au bouton « Valider » car il est caché par le clavier virtuel... je ne peux donc qu’annuler l’opération et je ne peux évidemment pas scanner une photo de carte de visite stockée dans mes photos ...
C’est juste affligeant et lamentable...

I’m using this app since many years and I was extremely satisfied.
But now service is poor
- No more  access to work from the web only from the app
- Manual transcription takes too long several days for 15 cards not good service at all and I paid 50$
- Do not capture email signature anymore 
- Customer or technical service takes always few days and the answers are unfriendly 

I cannot recommend anymore this app!

Cette application vous demande à chaque scan de carte de créer un compte “payant” pour faire dd la transcription manuelle.... sans compter qu’il faut repasser par modifier pour déclencher l’OCR. 
Bref un rendu correct mais une ergonomie déplorable

La dernière mise à jour de la version pro (que j’ai acheté il y a qques années) rend la reconnaissance des cartes impossible.
Une nouvelle étape de transcription sous forme de crédits s’est imposée, rendant l’appli inutilisable ?!?

J'ai pu scanner une seule carte de visite sans problème. Depuis et malgré différents lancements ça ne fonctionne PAS l'appli se bloque quelque soit le menu [Add a New Card / modification ...]. Certes à 0,99 euros c'est pas la ruine mais AUCUN intérêt si ça ne fonctionne pas [sur un Iphone 5s avec le dernier IOS 8.1.2 à jour]. J'espère que vous allez faire le nécessaire ! pour que cette application puisse faire ce qu'elle est censée faire : scanner les Cartes de visite et pouvoir directement les incorporer dans le carnet d'adresses. Un seul point positif : pour la SEULE carte que j'ai pu scanner la reconnaissance semble trés performante. Et dire que j'avais fait l'essai sur la version gratuite j'aurais mieux fait d'en rester là... Allez un petit effort pour la correction de bugs svp
