I toggled off the free trial, and pressed continue. Then it asked me to pay a huge amount of yearly subscription fee. Why such design? Without paying, I can’t even export a pdf or a doc. So what’s the point making it free to people? Play wolf grandma?
Down load the app to test did not say 7day test and pay. This app should call scam app…. Very disappointed apple will allow this app in the store Plz stop my accounts on this app

每週都在扣錢，也沒辦法找到客服處理。

我在網頁上看到此App介紹之下好奇下載，不料卻開始試用一次，想說有免費試用期，但期間不再使用，後來郵件通知1／11日前可取消，我馬上回覆取消，依貴公司郵件指示進入APP網頁，卻無法從裡面找取消的頁面，糊里糊塗的就被扣款了，既然已經扣款了，就算了，但現在起，請馬上取消此交易。謝謝🙏
