INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY
I had been using this App for a while. Recently, I had to restore my iPhone and in the process lost all my scanned documents. I tried all I could but could not retrieve my documents. So I had to re-purchase this App to enable me back up and retrieve my documents. A code was meant to be sent to me to complete this action but I never got this code. I put up a Customer complaint request and sent to ScannerApp but with no feedback, no retrieval of the list documents and no payment refund or any information whatsoever. There has been some noticeable improvement on ScannerApp after my last complaint but I would appreciate if there could be any way I could retrieve my earlier lost documents!
