I run a small business from my studio flat and don’t have space to keep my printer/scanner out. I’ve got to send PDFs of a form when I do some of my jobs. This app is really handy. Using it means I don’t have to set up my printer constantly. I do wish it was compatible with Apple Airdrop.

Latest version of the app is terrible! Every picture I’m taking of a page get burned and with extremely high contrast. This was a common issue on taking ID pictures, but previous version you could restore the original shot by pressing “picture” instead of “document”. Current release this function doesn’t work. Also, changing light and contrast apply to the edited image, not the original. So even if I turn down lightness, the page is still burned and the image became black, losign all color information. Please fix!!

Mini scanner is such a handy app, it should be on anyones day to day list. It’s great for scanning and filing digital copies of documents for filing or receipts. I’m always surprised by the level of accuracy and detail it picks up even when scans are taken at the most extreme angles.
I’ve been using this scanner app for many years now. It’s just excellent, I prefer using this than a physical scanner as the result is always neater. It removes shades, corrects perspective deformations and makes so much easier to store/share important documents on the go and fir everyday work.
What a great tool, so straight forward and easy to use.
