Fui cobrado quando assinei o período de teste
Acho a função do app muito boa, porém, gostaria de comentar que tentei assinar o período de teste por 3 dias e fui cobrado. Gostaria de saber se é possível o estorno? Vi que teve outros usuários que passaram por isso também e provavelmente o motivo é de termos usado o app no passado. Porém, por fazer um tempo, eu não lembrava que havia período de teste e se houve, devia ser avisado com algum alerta antes de efetuarmos a compra. Desculpe se teve alerta e passou despercebido, mas se está passando despercebido por mais pessoas, significa que não está sendo eficiente o alerta, e talvez tenha que ser melhorado para não gerar frustração. Eu sei que se teve alerta a culpa é de quem aprovou o pagamento, no caso eu, mas deixo meu comentário de sentimento de frustração de ter passado por isso. Obrigado

Para enviar o arquivo tem que pagar, não há nem um limite de scanner por dia!!! Péssimo app, não recomendo.
