J’ai acheté la version pro 1 an mais je n’arrive pas à travailler avec, je continue à travailler avec celle gratuite, quand j’ai supprimé cette dernière pour espérer de charger la pro j’ai perdu tous les fichiers et documents, que dois faire svp?
Honteux
Une application qui apparaît à l’ouverture d’une autre. On vous fait croire que c’est gratuit... oui c’est vrai ... 3 jours. Cela devrait être interdit. J’en informe le ministère des affaires économiques pour publicité trompeuse et abus sur le consommateur. Et la désinsertion n’est pas évidente. Bref un traquenard, sauf si qqch m’échappe. A éviter

Een echte schande, ik wil de nieuw aangekochte epsonprinter installeren met een qr code en deze app komt er te staan, ik klik erop want ik was in de waan dat het voor de installatie van de printer diende ..... maar dus gewoon geld afhandig gemaakt met iets dat ik niet moet hebben....wat een praktijken....

Started charging me and I never signed up for PRO
I got the free version, then suddenly got an email that I’m being charged $10. Apple is telling me this is not eligible for a refund. There are plenty of other scanner apps that I’m sure work just as well and don’t scam you into paying.

I had this for a bit but I see there's a watermark now and I can't even tell how to save my documents to my.own phone files so.....
Forcing people to subscribe $10 before using the app
This app forces people to subscribe to this app and making it extremely difficult to unsubscribe. When you download this app you’ll have to put your credit card info and they say you cancel anytime but in reality there wasn’t an option to cancel in the app or I just can’t find it. In other words they make it extremely hard to cancel your subscription. If you’ve became a victim on this app and you’re looking to unsubscribe do these steps for iPhone users: Go to your settings->tap your name->media & purchases->view account->subscription->unsubscribe Save yourself $10
