I use this to get any moles checked out and love option to get dermatologist evaluation while waiting for appts which could be long wait, give me a peace of mind. Their customer service is also wonderful

Do you guys trust this app?
It’s a good app to get lots if information about my health issues and questions but I can’t understand the process and how it works. It’s difficult to get how it comes to the conclusion about the risk
Peace of mind in literal minutes
I have severe medical anxiety and and feel at peace with my results !
Apparently everything is concerning
Everything from a scar to freckles to moles is concerning according to this app.
Seems useless as is
The camera does not focus. The phone itself with the built in app can focus but this app can't. Whether or not that is why I tried scanning 3 easy to see moles. It said it could not recognize anything. If you saw the moles you'd know if it can't do these ones it can't possibly work well
Photos aren’t easy to get on small moles
I have a small atypical mole. Going to get it checked out but was curious what the app thought. It is impossible to get a good photo! They’re all too blurry to see any details of the mole. It is telling me not concerning because it is small but it can’t see any of the details. I tried both cameras. It isn’t user error because I was able to take good photos of other moles to test. Good in theory but needs work.
Reliable and worth it
Good info, had a growth I was worried about and they determined it was benign. Saved me a trip to the doctor. Thank u
Helped catch melanoma!
I noticed an irregular mole on my forearm and kept snapping pics of it on here as it evolved. The app determined it to be concerning, so I went to the dermatologist and found out it was melanoma. So thankful this app helped me get to the doctor as my biopsy showed I was only .1mm away from the melanoma entering my bloodstream.
It’s a joke
I don’t expect this review to get published. They sud name this app Scam- noma! Everything you scan with this app is 95% concerning, let it be a pimple or a normal mole. Once you get the AI generated false alarm you are scared and you are tempted to send it to their dermatologist for 31$ while you wait for your appointment with a real dermatologist! I didn’t pay them and chose to wait for my real appointment with a dermatologist, since it was flagging each and every mark on my body as possibly concerning!!
Camera Can’t Focus
The app can’t focus the camera lens and therefore any picture I take of the mole is blurry. If I switch to the default camera app on the phone, it auto-focuses just fine.
