Scarlet was easy to set up and use for my simple bug/issue tracking. The data is all saved as a JSON file that can be anywhere. It's straightforward and easy to use.

Looks great! Loses data.
It's literally only 1 star because it loses issues' names randomly when just browsing your issues. Permanent data loss just by reading your tracker. 0 utility at the moment, but I'll keep it installed hopeing for an update with a fix.
